CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelling 59 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
Thank you for your lovely reservation at our guesthouse and we look forward to welcoming you soon!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
Our standard room check-in time is between 14h00-17h00 on day of arrival and check-out time is at 10h00am on day of departure.
Should you require an early/late check-in or check-out kindly contact us via welcome@acornhouse.co.za to discuss availability.
Luggage storage is for free and can be accommodated between
08h00-17h00.

BREAKFAST TIME:
Accommodation includes a generous and delicious Continental breakfast buffet followed by a hot breakfast of choice. Served daily between 8h00-10h00am.
To prevent missing out on our sumptuous breakfast experience, we suggest you plan sightseeing activities accordingly since we do not offer early and/or alternative breakfast arrangements before 08h00.

PAYMENT TERMS:
The total accommodation amount is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Should payment be delayed kindly contact us at welcome@acornhouse.co.za to prevent release of your booking.
Confirmed Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 60 days prior to arrival date.
• 100% of nett reservation amount forfeited for cancellations from 59 days or fewer prior to arrival date (including no shows and early departures)

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
Should you wish for us to arrange a private airport transfer to/from
Acorn House we gladly arrange this at ZAR 350.00 per person one way.
A surcharge of ZAR 250.00 per person one way is applicable for transfers before 06h00 and after 22h00.
Transfer fees may be settled during your stay at Acorn House.
