Booking Terms

Standard room check-in time is between 15h00-18h00 on day of arrival and check-out time is at 10h00am on day of departure.

Should you require an early/late check-in or check-out or luggage storage kindly let us know in advance.

Accommodation includes a generous and sumptuous Continental breakfast buffet followed by a hot breakfast of choice. Served daily between 8h00-10h00am.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• The total accommodation amount is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• Should payment be delayed kindly contact us at welcome@acornhouse.co.za to prevent release of your booking.
• Confirmed Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 60 days prior to arrival date.
• 100% of et reservation amount forfeited for cancellations from 59 days prior to arrival date (including no shows and early departures)
• Should you wish us to arrange a private airport transfer to/from Acorn House we gladly arrange this at ZAR 350.00 p/p one way (incl. 1x suitcase and 1x cabin luggage per person). For bookings, please contact us via welcome@acornhouse.co.za

Children at Acorn House

We welcome children of all ages and have lots of puzzles, books and board games available for them to enjoy in our lounge and breakfast room. For outdoor activities and adventures we suggest nearby beaches (less than 5km away), Table Mountain National Park (on our doorstep) or visit one of the many parks surrounding the Guesthouse (less than 500m away). When the weather allows for swimming, our pool may be used by children but given the open accessibility of the pool and its surroundings it is extremely important and mandatory that children are under direct supervision of a responsible adult when in the vicinity of the swimming pool as the pool is not fenced in and has no pool net.
