Accommodation payment:
On confirmation of your booking, we will send you a proforma invoice and 3D-secure payment link, enabling you to complete your accommodation payment via credit card, 60 days prior to arrival date
Cancellation Terms:
You may cancel free of charge and receive a full accommodation refund up to 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made 59 days or less before arrival will result in 100% of the accommodation fee being forfeited

Breakfast:
Our delicious and generous two-course breakfast is freshly prepared each morning and served between 08h00-10h00. Being a small guesthouse without 24-hour staffing, and due to the preparation time involved, we’re unfortunately not able to offer early or alternative breakfast options
With this in mind, and to fully enjoy what we offer, we’d really appreciate if you could take breakfast timing into account when planning itineraries and recommend tour pickups start from 8:30 AM onwards. This allows for time to relax, enjoy breakfast, and benefit from the guidance we love to provide
Room Access: 14h00 – 17h00 on arrival day / Room Check-out: 10h00am on departure day
Complimentary luggage storage is available at the guesthouse should you arrive before room access or need to store your bags after room check-out
Parking:
We offer on street parking in front of/ the vicinity of Acorn House which is regarded as a sound parking option considering we are situated in a residential area with street lighting during the evening and night
